Responsibilities:

Art Direction and Creative Development:
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with overall marketing goals and target audience.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Establish visual guidelines, brand standards, and style guides to ensure consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance creative output.
Campaign and Content Development:
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing campaign concepts, including print mediums, digital assets, social media content, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure visuals and copy complement each other effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, from initial concept development to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Provide art direction and feedback to design team members, freelancers, and external agencies to ensure deliverables meet brand and campaign objectives.
Social Media Content and Management:
- Create visually engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, leveraging visual storytelling techniques to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistency in visual representation across all social channels.
Integrated Marketing Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the creative strategy and marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that encompass multiple channels, such as website design, digital content, and IRL activations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align creative concepts and visual assets with overall campaign strategies.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints of the integrated marketing campaigns.
Photography and Video Production:
- Direct and provide creative guidance of content development, during photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate photography and video production projects, from pre-production to post-production stages.
- Recommend and build a network of talent, photographers, videographers, and production teams to develop visual concepts and execute high-quality visual assets.
- Manage post-production processes, including editing, retouching, and video editing, to deliver polished and impactful visual content.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Photography, Film Production, or related field.
6+ years of proven experience working as an Art Director in a creative agency or in-house creative team, with a focus on integrated marketing and creative production.
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative direction, design skills, photography, and video production expertise across a variety of mediums and platforms.
Proficiency in industry-standard design.

The hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.
