Responsibilities include:

Creating well articulated design concepts and high quality design work
Communicating concepts through art direction and creating high-fidelity mockups
Scaling concepts across a wide range of physical and digital outputs
Creating design systems and guidelines
Presenting work internally and to clients
Creating production files
Managing projects and workflow from initial concept through production.
Collaborating with producers, strategists, art directors, and designers across the creative team
Shaping and managing decks and maintaining internal design standards
Manage communication with vendors and production partners

Requirements:

5+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus).
BFA or MFA in Graphic Design or related field
Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Motion and/or 3D experience is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in typography and developing design systems
Proficiency in Art Direction.
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and proactively.

The position is an in-person/hybrid role in NYC (LA-based candidates will also be considered).

The hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.
